f6160a4153 - Integrated the frontend within the static folder of the backend: 
* changed the build target of npm run build to the static folder of the spring project.
  * integrated the the npm build into the maven build
  * adjusted the spring config:
      * removed cors configs
      * added frontend config with the routes to frontend in static folder

9fc655b14e - Container rates cannot be applied on nodes that are deprecated. 
- update rates view in frontend if staged_changes are applied.
- fix for: Wenn Stacked und Mixable nicht ausgewählt sind, entsteht ein Fehler #17, database schema corrected.

3a9691dc6f matrix routing: 
- only allow <2 countries to be passed.
- do not route over chains with first node is port or station
- check that intermediate nodes have all "intermediate"-proeprty (exception near by routing nodes)
